Summer — and summer TV — is just getting started.

June is bringing the heat with *Every Year After*, Prime Video's adaptation of Carley Fortune's beloved romance novel. And speaking of romance, AMC will kick off the new season of *The Vampire Lestat** *as Lestat (Sam Reid) tries his hand at being a (often very shirtless) rock star.

July sees another exciting book adaptation as Netflix brings *Little House on the Prairie* back to life. Or if movie adaptations — or should we say prequels — are more your thing, *Elle* digs into the origin story of the one and only Elle Woods from *Legally Blonde*. No objection here!
