Kaley Cuoco is sharing a relatable parenting moment as she prepares to become a mother of two.
On Monday, July 27, the Big Bang Theory alum, 40, posted two photographs to her Instagram Stories, showing her 3-year-old daughter, Matilda, enjoying an arts and crafts session.
The first image showed the toddler sitting at a table with a sheet of paper that she’d been painting in front of her. She was seen reaching into a pink pot with her paintbrush to add some more color to her work of art.
However, judging by the second snap, as much paint ended up on Matilda as it did on the paper. Cuoco posted a photo of her daughter with blue paint on her face, and paint all over her arms, as she went to add more.

Cuoco, who regularly shares sweet photos of Matilda on Instagram, announced last month that she and her fiancé Tom Pelphrey, 43, are expecting their second baby girl together.
The two confirmed the exciting news on Instagram, sharing a series of photos of their family.

In the first picture, Cuoco and Pelphrey could be seen beaming on either side of their daughter Matilda, while posing behind a big, rainbow sprinkle-covered cake, which read, “It’s a....”
A chunk of the cake was missing, revealing a pink interior. Cuoco then kissed Matilda in a similar second snap.

Cuoco also shared a few mirror selfies of her growing bump, as well as pictures taken throughout her pregnancy so far.
“💖 completing our little family , what a dream come true ! 💖 ,” Cuoco captioned the post. “This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways , but wow we are so grateful for this moment!!”
“Little sissy on the way!!! @tommypelphrey girl dad for life 🎀 and yes, the last pic is our dainty princess giving us the middle finger!🤦🏼♀️😆,” she added.

The Vanished star previously spoke with PEOPLE about the possibility of growing her family back in September 2024.
At the time, she shared that she and her fiancé, Pelphrey, were in no rush to walk down the aisle — and were open to the possibility of welcoming another baby before tying the knot.
When questioned whether any of her dogs would be in their wedding, Cuoco laughed and said that she and Pelphrey hadn’t “started planning anything yet” and that “maybe another kid will have to come first.”
“We’re gonna go way out of order. That’s our plan,” Cuoco — who announced her engagement to Pelphrey on her Instagram Stories in August 2024 — insisted at the time.
