The victim of a dog attack at Chris Brown's home is looking to take his tour profits, as she still has yet to receive over $10 million that's been awarded to her.
Earlier this month, the 37-year-old pop singer was mandated to pay close to $13 million in damages to the housekeeper, Maria Avila, who was mauled by a large security dog on his property in 2020. Now, according to court documents, Avila feels she's entitled to all payments Brown received for his tour with Usher, any entertainment-related projects, or residuals because he has "made no effort to satisfy any portion of the judgment."
The housekeeper, who was awarded the $13 million in damages for negligence, wants the court to allow her full access to Brown's financial records so she can seize what she's owed. She also demands that Brown be ordered to appear in court for the examination into his finances.

A California jury found Brown and his company, Black Pyramid LLC, liable to pay $12.9 million in damages to Avila for negligence, along with Michael C. Murphy Jr., a lawyer representing her sister, Patricia Avila.

Patricia was working with her sister when the attack occurred, and was sent $885,000 for emotional distress. Avila's husband, Oscar Olivo, was also awarded $50,000 separately after he claimed his wife's injuries affected their sexual relationship.
"After more than five years of litigating against Chris Brown, we are thrilled that we were able to get justice for our client, Patricia. We are so happy for her and her family after everything they went through on that horrible day. It was an honor to represent her," Murphy told Rolling Stone.
At the trial, Avila broke down on the witness stand, describing the horrific incident. She stated that the security dog attack left her with horrific injuries to her arm and face, along with extreme scarring and post-traumatic stress disorder.
"I will never be the same again," she said in the courtroom in Van Nuys, California, on June 24. Speaking about the excruciating recovery, Avila said surgeons harvested skin from her stomach to graft onto her mangled arm, leaving her in unbearable pain.
Her face, on the other hand, needed plenty of stitches, and she had to endure the grueling process by herself as pandemic restrictions did not permit her family to visit her.
While she's in a better shape now, she doesn't have the arm strength to clean anymore. Meanwhile, the nerve damage, along with chronic sensitivity, still makes it challenging for her in her day-to-day life.
Her daughter, Yoseline Espinoza, recalled her aunt Patricia Avila's terrified phone call informing her what had happened. "She was just freaking out, telling me, 'Your mom can't breathe. She keeps passing out on me. The ambulance is still not here. Chris Brown fled the scene,'" Espinoza said. "I did not think she was going to make it."
